Waterloo (Belgium) was lucky to have a resident Osprey for the past few weeks. Most probably, he's migrating from Scandinavia to Central Africa. September was exceptionally mild this year, so possibly, the weather made him decide to stay a while. Immature Ospreys (like this one) have rufous markings on upperparts and a streaked buff breastband.
